These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and the services and products provided by Leads On Loops. By using our website, engaging our services or making a payment to us, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

Leads On Loops is a proprietorship firm (proprietor: Raj Chaudhari) registered as an MSME under Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-MH-14-0216157, with its business address at Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune, Maharashtra 411057, India.

2. Services

We provide digital marketing, advertising management, website design and development, business automation, lead management and software products (including ClinicFlow). The exact scope, deliverables, timelines and price of each engagement are agreed in a written proposal, quote or invoice.

3. Pricing and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Taxes are charged as applicable.
• Monthly retainers and subscriptions are billed in advance. Project work may require an advance payment before work begins, with the balance due as stated in the quote.
• Payments may be made through Razorpay or bank transfer. Late payment may result in work or access being paused.
• Advertising budgets paid to platforms such as Meta or Google are separate from our fees and are governed by those platforms' terms.

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely approvals and access to the accounts and materials we need. You confirm that content and data you provide to us is lawful and that you have the right to use it.

5. Results

We work to improve your marketing outcomes, but we do not guarantee specific numbers of leads, sales, rankings or revenue, as these depend on many factors outside our control, including advertising platforms' policies.

6. Intellectual property

On full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you (such as website designs and ad creatives), excluding third-party assets, our pre-existing tools and code, and our software products. ClinicFlow and other Leads On Loops products remain our property and are provided on a subscription licence.

7. Software products (ClinicFlow)

Access to ClinicFlow is provided on a monthly subscription after any free trial. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the data you enter. We may suspend access for non-payment or misuse.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties will keep confidential any non-public business information received from the other.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to us for the relevant service in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Termination

Either party may end an ongoing engagement as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Fees for work already completed remain payable.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
