1. Delivery of services

All services are delivered digitally: through email, shared links, online meeting, access to your accounts (such as your website hosting or advertising accounts), or access to our software. The delivery timeline for each engagement is stated in your proposal or quote.

2. Typical timelines

• Monthly marketing and automation services begin within 3 to 7 working days of payment and onboarding.
• Website projects are delivered according to the timeline agreed in the quote.
• ClinicFlow access is activated immediately after sign-up or payment.
